The seniors housing continuum is comprised of Independent Living (age-restricted) facilities (IL), Assisted Living facilities (AL), Skilled Nursing facilities (SNFs), Alzheimer's facilities (ALZ), which are more properly referred to as Memory Care facilities and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). We represent owners, operators and investors in the acquisition, sale leasing and financing of each type of facility in the continuum.
